Major progress in the last few weeks. I’d estimate the Merry Wives are about 80% finished with vocals. We still have some instrumental tracks to record: a little bouzouki, a little bass, mandolin, bodhran, accordian, recorders, penny whistles, fiddle, cello, harp, and who knows what else.

Today was the day of the altos, they are nearly finished. There are a few songs that will be recorded live, those aren’t done yet.
This is going to be a great CD. There are rockin tunes. There are sad tunes. There’s beautiful music, and kick-ass music.
I’m told tomorrow is the day of sopranos.
